IPM Holdings Inc. announced unaudited consolidated and parent financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported interest income was PHP 353,255 compared to PHP 335,957 a year ago. Income before income tax was PHP 36,048,349 against PHP 42,842,544 a year ago. Net income was PHP 25,793,943 against PHP 29,850,960 a year ago. Net income attributable to equity holdings of the parent was PHP 19,210,499 or PHP 0.028 per share against PHP 22,150,801 or PHP 0.032 per share a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was PHP 2,263,182 against PHP 296,680 a year ago. Acquisitions of property and equipment were PHP 202,274 against PHP 43,121 a year ago.
For the nine months, on consolidated basis, the company reported interest income was PHP 967,845 compared to PHP 977,869 a year ago. Income before income tax was PHP 110,157,032 against PHP 112,014,124 a year ago. Net income was PHP 78,165,981 against PHP 78,180,149 a year ago. Net income attributable to equity holdings of the parent was PHP 58,102,499 or PHP 0.084 per share against PHP 58,036,466 or PHP 0.084 per share a year ago. Net cash provided by operating activities was PHP 1,298,945 against net cash used in operating activities of PHP 68,614,307 a year ago. Acquisitions of property and equipment were PHP 202,274 against PHP 80,384 a year ago. As at September 30, 2017, the company’s book value per share was PHP 1.51 per share.
