iPeople, inc. declared PHP 0.23940325 per common share special cash dividend, for a total amount of PHP 250,000,000.00, to all stockholders of record as of November 29, 2021, and payable on or before December 22, 2021.
iPeople, inc. is a holding and management company. The Companyâs main operating subsidiaries are the Malayan Education System, Inc. (Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC).
