The Company, through its subsidiary, Iofina Chemical, Inc., manufactures halogen specialty chemicals derived from raw iodine, as well as non-iodine-based products. Its subsidiary, IofinaEX, Inc., is engaged in the extraction of cannabinoid-based products from hemp. The Company's production operations are located in the United States, specifically in Kentucky and Oklahoma. Its other subsidiary is Iofina Resources, LLC.
