Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 244.684 million compared to TWD 237.292 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 41.689 million compared to TWD 25.558 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 182.214 million compared to net loss of TWD 25.537 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.88 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.41 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.92 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.41 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 460.300 million compared to TWD 523.427 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 64.452 million compared to TWD 28.947 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 168.541 million compared to net loss of TWD 24.658 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 2.66 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.4 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.7 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.4 a year ago.

The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others.
