Availability of preparatory documents for the Annual General Meeting
The Combined General Meeting of Interparfums will be held on April 21, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the
Pavillon d'Armenonville - Allée de Longchamp, Bois de Boulogne - 75116 PARIS
The preliminary notice of call of the Annual General Meeting (avis préalable de réunion) including the agenda and draft resolutions and the conditions and procedures for participation and voting, was published in the French publication for legal announcements (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires or BALO) No. 32 of March 15, 2023, announcement No. 2300519 and posted on the Company's website.
The second meeting notice (avis de convocation) will be published in the BALO on March 31, 2023.
