On December 15, ISA shareholders will receive the second dividend payment of the year (COP 337,5) per share.
The dividend for the year approved by the Shareholders' Meeting increased by 22,28% compared with 2019.
As approved by the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting held on March 27, 2020, the company will make the second payment of dividends for COP 373.841 million, representing 1.107.677.894 common shares outstanding.
The dividend for the year approved by the Meeting was 22,28% higher than in the previous year, and corresponded to 45% of the net income for 2019.
Those who appear as holders before December 9, 2020 -date on which the ex-dividend period begins, until December 14- shall be entitled to payment.
Unclaimed dividends do not generate any yield or interest, so it is important not to let them accumulate.
