Its affiliated companies consist of HD PRO CO., LTD, engaged in the manufacture of cameras; IDIS Holdings Co., Ltd, a holding company, as well as Matrix Network Inc, IDIS Europe Limited and Revo America Corporation, which are engaged in the distribution of DVRs.
