The board of directors of Insimbi Industrial Holdings Limited announced that Ms. Ingiphile Pamela Mogotlane has resigned as a non-executive director from the Board, as chairperson of the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee, and as member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Insimbi, with effect from 18 January 2023.
