Jiangsu Futian Rehabilitation Hospital Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 20,000,000 in funding on January 19, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Innovation Medical Management Co., Ltd. which will continue to own 100% stake. The registered capital will increase from CNY 20,000,000 to CNY 40,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 3rd meeting of the investor’s 6th directorate and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
Innovative Medical Management Co Ltd, formerly Pure Pearl Group Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of medical services. Through owning the interests of its subsidiaries, the Company provides medical services in key specialists, including burns, lumbar disc, breast, neurology, cardiovascular medicine and others, as well as in special specialists, such as obstetrics and gynecology, urology, nephrology and endoscopy, ophthalmology and others. The Company is also engaged in the cultivation, processing and distribution of pearls. Its products include pearls, accessories and health care products. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in domestic market.
