Industrias del Envase SA is a Peru-based company primarily engaged in the packaging industry. The Company's activities include the design, production and distribution of injected industrial plastic containers, cardboard packaging and paper labels aimed at such industries as beverages, food, cigarettes and personal care products, among others. The Company's products are mainly sold to such customers as 3M, Coca Cola, Colgate Palmolive, Mobil Oil, Kraf, Nestle, Pepsi Cola, Procter & Gamble, Shell, Isopetrol and Unilever, among others. As of December 31, 2011, BO Packaging Peru SA was the Company's majority shareholder with the whole stake of total share capital.
