On January 26, 2022, Independent Bank Group, Inc. publicly disseminated a press
release announcing the declaration of a quarterly dividend on its common stock
in the amount of $0.38 per share. The dividend will be payable on February 17,
2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 10,
