ICD Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A040910) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 3,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will expire on December 15, 2022.
As of June 14, 2022, the company had 1,933,645 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
Innovation for Creative Devices Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor equipment. The Company's products portfolio consists of dry etchers, high density plasma (HDP) etchers, plasma ashers, plasma cleaners, dry etcher and HDP etcher parts, among others.
