Hyosung ONB Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A097870) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 common shares for KRW 1,423.5 million. The purpose of the program is to improve the shareholder’s value and to stabilize the stock price. The program is valid up to December 26, 2017. As of September 25, 2017, the company had 270,000 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and nil shares in treasury through other repurchase.
HyosungONB Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the organic fertilizers manufacturing. The Companyâs products include fertilizers for agricultural products, fruits, rice farming, flowers, vegetables and teas. The Company also produces and distributes microorganism fertilizers, trace urea fertilizers and others. Its affiliate HYOSUNG ONB (PVT) LTD which is located in Sri Lanka also engages in fertilizer manufacturing. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
