HYBE Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 863,209 common shares at a price of KRW 210,608 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 181,798,721,072 on April 2, 2021. The company will receive funding through third party allotment of capital. The transaction will include participation from Scott Braun for 462,380 shares, Scott Borchetta for 166,537 shares, Arianna Grande Butera for 53,557 shares, Justin Drew Bieber for 53,557 shares, Allison Kaye Scarinzi for 26,778 shares, Raymond Rock, Fabio David Acosta Martinez, James Shin, Ryan David Aldred for 803 shares respectively, Asher Roth, Carly Rae Jepsen, Taylor James, Joshua Gudwin, Kenneth Charles Hamilton Jr., Thomas Lee Brown, Jason Boyd, for 535 shares respectively, Jose Alvaro Osorio Balvin for 21,423, Demetria Devonne Lovato for 5,355 shares, Nicole Krolicki, Zachary Cohen for 267 shares respectively, David Andrew Burd for 4,284 shares, Michael Hertz for 1,071 shares, Victoria Kelly, Andrew Kautz, Daniel Smyers, Shay Mooney, Jules Feree for 2,677 shares respectively, Quavious Keyate Marshall for 1,338 shares, Andrew Wotman for 5,355 shares, Jason Scott Manson, Jennifer McDaniels for 10,711 shares respectively, Eric Holden for 1,071 shares, Thomas Rhett Akins Jr, Tyler Reed Hubbard, David Bolno for 5,355 shares respectively. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction is expected to close on June 17, 2021.
