Huscoke Resources Holdings Limited Appoints Dr. Wang Wei Hsin as Independent Non-Executive Director and as a Member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Huscoke Resources Holdings Limited announced that Dr. Wang Wei Hsin has been appointed as (i) the independent non-executive Director; (ii) the member of the audit committee of the Company; (iii) the member of the remuneration committee of the Company; and (iv) the member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 19 December 2018.
