Hudson Global Receives Letter from J. Carlo Cannell

On January 25, 2019, Hudson Global, Inc. announced that Jeffrey E. Eberwein received a letter from J. Carlo Cannell in which Cannell enclosed biographies from 3 proposed candidates to the Board of Directors. Further, the Company added that the letter urged that 1 of these nominees be chosen prior to February 4, 2019 and subsequently, an additional name was submitted by Cannell, and 1 of the candidates withdrew. Later, the Company added that each of the candidates submitted by Cannell was interviewed by Eberwein and the candidates were determined by the Board of Directors to not meet any of the Governance Criteria.
