SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO

THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

Reference is made to the annual report of Hua Hong Semiconductor Limited (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2019 published on 8 April 2020 (the "Annual Report"). Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Annual Report.

As disclosed in the Annual Report, the Company had granted 500,000 and 2,482,000 share options under the Share Option Scheme on 29 March and 23 December 2019 respectively. The Company wishes to supplement that the closing prices of the Company's shares on the day immediately before the above grant dates were HK$18.220 and HK$17.200, respectively.

The Board confirms that the additional information stated does not affect other information contained in the Annual Report and the contents of the Annual Report remain correct and unchanged.
