Hotai Motor Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 66,825.585 million compared to TWD 57,106.140 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5,003.846 million compared to TWD 3,466.923 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 9.16 compared to TWD 6.35 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 9.16 compared to TWD 6.34 a year ago.
Hotai Motor Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the distribution of motor vehicles and relevant parts. The Company primarily provides passenger cars and business vehicles, with brands named LEXUS, TOYOTA and others, as well as large-sized vehicles, including trucks and passenger cars, with brands named HINO. In addition, it is involved in the provision of air conditioners for vehicles, vehicle leasing services and installment payment services, as well as parts and components for vehicles. The Company is also engaged in insurance business. The Company operates its businesses primarily in domestic market.
