NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Vongroup Limited (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on 23 August 2019 for the purpose of considering and approving, inter alia, the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 30 April 2019 (the "Annual Results") and to propose the declaration of final dividend, if any.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

As a result of the delay in publication of the Annual Results and the requirements of Rule 13.50 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange"), trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 am on 1 August 2019, pending the publication of the Annual Results.

Shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
