Hokkaido Chuo Bus Co., Ltd. announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 30,000 shares, representing 1.03% of its share capital, for ¥150 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to implement a flexible capital policy. The program will run until November 12, 2021. As of April 27, 2021, the company had 2,898,689 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 247,311 shares in treasury.
