Hillenbrand, Inc. announced that pursuant to the company’s Board retirement policy, Mr. Menascé has resigned as a member of the Board effective as of the date of the 2019 Annual Meeting of shareholders.
Hillenbrand, Inc. is a global industrial company that provides processing equipment and solutions. Its brands include Coperion, Milacron, K-Tron and Rotex.
