Higashi Twenty One Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9029) agreed to acquire U-TRANS SYSTEM Incorporated on November 27, 2015. Under the terms of transaction, Higashi will acquire 0.06 million shares in U-TRANS. U-TRANS SYSTEM Incorporated reported total assets of ¥268 million, net assets of ¥185 million and sales of ¥357 million for the period ending December 2014. The transaction is expected to close on January 4, 2016.
