Shanyue Songshan Aoyi No. 2 Private Equity Investment Fund signed Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 5% stake in Hiecise Precision Equipment Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300809) from Zhao Zeming for CNY 240 million on June 19, 2024. A cash consideration of CNY 239.57 million valued at CNY 19 per share will be paid by Shanyue Songshan Aoyi No. 2 Private Equity Investment Fund. As part of consideration, CNY 239.57 million is paid towards common equity of Hiecise Precision Equipment Co.,Ltd.

The transaction is subject to approval by Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
