Hexaom is forecasting sales of 1060 ME in 2022, with organic growth of 6.3% compared to 2021.

At the same time, operating income has fallen from 32 ME to -28.7 ME, while net income has risen from 22.7 ME to -37.9 ME.

Hexaom points out that business has been heavily penalized by B2B Renovation, which has been experiencing difficulties for several months, partly due to overly strong and poorly controlled growth in its activity.

The company points out that it has put in place an action plan, but that 'the inertia induced by these long-term contracts is de facto delaying the effects of the action plan put in place, and consequently its impact on the recovery of results'.

Nevertheless, the Group remains confident of a very significant improvement in its operating margin before non-recurring items in 2023.
With a "very healthy" financial structure, the Group indicates that it will continue to "gain market share in all its businesses".
