Henan Liliang Diamond Co., Ltd. (SZSE:301071) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 300 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 180 per share. The shares repurchased will be used for ESOP or equity incentives. The program will be valid for 12 months.
On June 2, 2023, the company amended its share repurchase program. The shares will be repurchased at a price not exceeding CNY 99.65 per share.
Henan Liliang Diamond Co Ltd is a company engaged in the research and development (R&D), production and sales of artificial diamond products. The Company's products include diamond single crystal, diamond micro powder and cultivated diamond. The diamond single crystal includes grinding single crystal, sawing single crystal and large single crystal. The diamond micro powder includes grinding micro powder, wire saw micro powder and other tool micro powder. The cultivation of diamond is mainly white diamonds.
