Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. (TSE:6927) agreed to acquire Techno Provider, K.K. from Shigeo Matsumoto and Kyoko Kaneyama for ¥250 million on September 27, 2013. Shigeo Matsumoto is selling 72.4% stake and Kyoko Kaneyama is selling 27.6% stake. The funds for the share acquisition will be from the allocation of funds on hand. Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. is acquiring 290 shares of Techno Provider, K.K. representing 100% stake. For the period ending September 2012, Techno Provider, K.K. reported total assets of ¥306.87 million, net assets of ¥119.93 million, sales of ¥917.08 million, operating profit of ¥29.74 million and net profit of ¥23.33 million. The transaction has been resolved by Board of Directors of Helios Techno Holding and is expected to close by October 31, 2013.
