Dale Polley Announces Not to Stand for Re-Election as Class I Director of HealthStream, Inc

On April 6, 2019, Dale Polley notified HealthStream, Inc. that he has decided not to stand for re-election to the company's Board of Directors as a Class I director at the company's 2019 annual meeting of stockholders, and to retire from service on the Board effective concurrently with this annual meeting.
