Buderim Ginger Limited (Company) is pleased to advise that it has entered into a variation of its banking facilities.
The key features of the variation are:
• The aggregate facility limit is A$18,288,790 plus US$3,350,000.
• An amount of $4.34 million is to be repaid to the senior lender by 31 July 2014, regardless of whether the working capital facility has been fully drawn.
The Company and its senior lender continue to work constructively to agree modified financial covenants.
