HDC I-Controls Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A039570) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,600,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The repurchase program will expire on June 17, 2020. As of March 15, 2020, the company had no shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
