Seoul-Chuncheon Highway Co., Ltd. announced a placement of 1,976,000 common shares at an issue price of KRW 7,918 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 15,645,968,000 on December 13, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investors, HDC HOLDINGS CO.,Ltd for 766,139 shares, Industrial Bank of Korea Road Investment Private Special Asset Investment Trust 10 for 459,683 shares, Macquarie Korea Infrastructure Fund, a fund managed by, Macquarie Korea Asset Management Co., Ltd. for 459,683 shares and Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. for 290,495 shares. The method of capital increase will be through third party allotment.
The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The expected date of payment is January 6, 2023.
HDC Holdings Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of chemical products. The Company operates its business through six segments. The Construction segment is involved in the construction of residential buildings, public institutions and private companies, social infrastructures such as roads, harbors and railroads.
