HANYANG ENG Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A045100) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 4,000 million worth of its shares pursuant to a contract with Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the share repurchase program is to stabilize treasury stock. The share repurchase program is valid until April 25, 2024.
As of April 25, 2023, the company had 913,198 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.

The Company operates its business through two main divisions: engineering business division and equipment business division. Its engineering business division engages in the construction of information technology (IT) facilities, industrial facilities, bio-pharmaceutical facilities, solar polysilicon production equipment, nuclear and aerospace facilities and others.
