Haitong supported Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation to list on SSE STAR Board

On 10 May, Haitong, as the exclusive sponsor and leading underwriter, assisted Shaoxing Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation to list on SSE STAR Market, with the issue number of 1,692 million shares before the exercise of the over-allotment option and total proceeds of RMB9,627 million; if the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the issue number will reach 1,946 million shares and total proceeds will reach 11.072 billion yuan. Zhou Jie, Chairman of Haitong, attended the listing ceremony and delivered a speech.
