Mikwang Precision Co., Ltd. acquired an additional 1.52% stake in Guyoung Technology Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A053270) from JM Tech Co., Ltd. for KRW 600 million on August 24, 2017. Mikwang Precision Co., Ltd. acquired 0.3 million shares at the price of KRW 2,000 per share and increased holding to 3.14 million shares. Mikwang Precision Co., Ltd. will use own funds of KRW 600 million to fund the transaction.
