S.P.I Landscape Design Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300844) signed an agreement to acquire 55% stake in Guangzhou Huangpu District Zhilang Property Services Management Co., Ltd. from Guangzhou Sanfu New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd (SHSE:688359) for CNY 14.3 million on December 29, 2021. Under the terms, S.P.I Landscape will pay CNY 7.15 million within 10 working days from the agreement signing and CNY 7.15 million within 10 working days from the completion. The transaction is approved by the board of directors of Guangzhou Sanfu New Materials and does not need the Shareholders' approval.
