Guangdong VTR Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300381) signed a stake transfer agreement to acquire remaining 30% stake in Zhuhai VTR Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. from Shi Huijuan for CNY 1 on January 2, 2019. Post-acquisition, Zhuhai VTR Animal Pharmaceutical will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangdong VTR Bio-Tech. Zhuhai VTR Animal Pharmaceutical reported total assets of CNY 0.02 million, net liabilities of CNY 0.4 million, revenue of CNY 0, operating loss of CNY 0.07 million and net loss of CNY 0.07 million as of December 31, 2018. The transaction does not need approval from the Board of Directors and shareholders of Guangdong VTR Bio-Tech.
