Shanghai Aimubei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd announced that it has entered into a capital increase agreement with new investor GuangDong Rifeng Electric Cable Co., Ltd for private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 20 million on November 1, 2021. The investor will acquire 65% stake in the transaction. The transaction has been approved in the 25th session of the investor?s 4th directorate and the 19th session of the investor?s 4th supervisory board. The company will add CNY 928,600 as paid-in capital, CNY 19,071,400 will be added as capital reserve. Post-closing, the registered capital will be CNY 1,428,600.
GuangDong Rifeng Electric Cable Co., Ltd. is a China-based company that independently develops and manufactures rubber sheathed wire and cable. The Company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of electrical equipment and special equipment supporting cables.
