Mexico City, Mexico, October 19, 2022 - Grupo Herdez, S.A.B. de C.V. ("Grupo Herdez" or the "Company") (BMV: HERDEZ) today announced results for the third quarter of 2022, ended September 30.
"Despite sustained high levels of inflation, our top-line performance in all segments was very solid, we maintained reasonable operating margins, and generated working capital efficiencies."

CONSOLIDATED HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE QUARTER
•Net sales were MXN 8.0 billion, 17.7% higher versus 2021.
•EBIT increased 30.5% to MXN 854 million.
•Consolidated net income was MXN 469 million, 3.1% higher than the previous year.

Grupo Herdez SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company engaged in the food processing sector. The Company's activities are divided into two business segments: Food and Frozen. The Frozen division is responsible for the manufacture and distribution of frozen yogurts and ice creams under the Nutrisa and Helados Nestle brand names.
