Colin Tay Yong Lee entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement to acquire 22.864064% stake in GRP Limited (SGX:BLU) from Kwan Chee Seng for SGD 16.5 million on August 21, 2023. As per the transaction, Colin Tay Yong Lee will acquire 41.2 million shares at SGD 0.40 per share.
