Groupon, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported revenue was USD 153.32 million compared to USD 263.82 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 34.85 million compared to net income of USD 14.56 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 1.17 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.5 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 1.17 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.48 a year ago.

Travel category features travel experiences at both discounted and market rates, including hotels, airfare and package deals covering both domestic and international travel. The customer can contact the merchant directly to make a travel reservation after purchasing a travel voucher from the Company.
