The Grill on the Alley, Daily Grill and Public School Scheduled to Open New Locations

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. - March 5, 2012 - Today

Grill Concepts, Inc. (OTC Capital Markets: GLLC), operators of The Grill on the Alley and Daily Grill -branded restaurants, Public School gastropub and In Short Order - Daily Grill, announced plans to expand its presence in key markets including Southern California and Washington, D.C.
"The next two years look to be an exciting time for us," said Grill Concepts, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Spivak. "We are once again in an expansion phase for not just one of our dining concepts, but three."
In 2013, Grill Concepts plans to open two new Daily Grill's and one new The Grill on the Alley. The Grill on the Alley opened its first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1984 as a living tribute to the great American grills of yesterday. The menu is classic American grill - prime steaks, fresh seafood, traditional dishes such as chicken pot-pie or meatloaf and mashed potatoes, and homemade desserts. As of February 2012, there are seven The Grill on the Alley restaurants open in four states.
Daily Grill, established in 1988, specializes in serving classic American fare at accessible prices. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a traditional, upscale New York City grill. The popularity of the concept has resulted in 21 locations in eight states.
Also by 2013, Grill Concepts plan to open two new Public School Kitchen + Bar restaurants in Southern California. The new gastropubswill be based on the extremely popular flagship, Public School 612 in Downtown L.A., where over 20 craft beers and an eclectic small plates menu is served in a youthful, 21st century bar atmosphere.
