The Board of Grand Peace Group Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Huen Ho Yin ("Mr. Huen") has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director, chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee, members of each of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 3 February 2020 in pursuit of his personal career development.
