GPO Plus, Inc. (OTCPK:GPOX) has signed of a Binding Letter of Intent Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire Assets of Betterment Retail Solutions, Inc. on October 24, 2022. On December 14, 2022, the GPO entered into an Assets Purchase Agreement to acquire Assets of Betterment Retail Solutions, Inc.
