Gourmet Kineya Co., Ltd. (TSE:9850) entered into a share transfer contract to acquire Asahi Catering Co., Ltd. from AAS Catering Co., Ltd. on March 28, 2013. Gourmet Kineya will acquire 0.03 million shares of Asahi Catering. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Gourmet Kineya and it is expected to close on April 1, 2013.
