Golden Path Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company have not selected any specific business combination target and have not, nor has anyone on behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. The Company intend to focus on businesses that have a connection to the Asian market. The Company has not conducted any operations nor generated any revenues.
