Common Stock Dividend

On January 1, 2021, Global Net Lease, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.40 per share payable on January 15, 2021 to holders of record of shares of the Company's common stock at the close of business on January 11, 2021.
