of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
of October 17th, 2016

The Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board hereby announces, that pursuant to § 190.3 of the WSE Rules, due to the regulations of the state where the issuer is based, in case of BUWOG AG the provisions of Section 4, Chapter 13, Division IV of the WSE Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in UTP system will not apply.
Taking under the consideration the above, the WSE has not performed calculation of parameters of the WIG and WIG-developers indices of which BUWOG AG is a participant.
In accordance with the current report no. 39/2016 of October 14th, 2016 of BUWOG AG, the General Meeting of BUWOG AG, which took place on October 14th, 2016, adopted a resolution on payment of dividend of 0,69 EUR per share.
