Resolution No. 748/2016
of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
dated 21 July 2016
concerning the introduction to exchange trading on the GPW Main List of
series A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H shares of the company BANK MILLENNIUM S.A.
§ 1
Pursuant to Resolution No. 31/51/92 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 21 July 1992, Resolution No. 7/117/94 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 9 March 1994, Resolution No. 43/153/94 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 10 August 1994, Resolution No. 79/189/94 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 26 October 1994 r. and § 38.1 and § 38.3 of the Exchange Rules, the Exchange Management Board resolves to introduce as of 29 July 2016 by way of an ordinary procedure to exchange trading on the main market the following series A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H registered shares of the company BANK MILLENNIUM S.A. a par value PLN 1 each:
1) 200 shares, coded as 'PLBIG0000024' by the National Depository for Securities,
2) 400 shares, coded as 'PLBIG0000032' by the National Depository for Securities
- conditional on the conversion of those shares into bearer ordinary shares and their assimilation by the National Depository for Securities on 29 July 2016 with the shares of the company listed on the exchange, coded as 'PLBIG0000016'.
§ 2
This Resolution shall take effect on the date of adoption.

It is a parent entity of WSE Group that offers products and services within its trading markets of equity, derivate, fixed income and structured products. It also distributes market data. The Company has two business lines: Financial market, which includes trading in equities, derivatives, fixed-income and other instruments, listing, and information services; and Commodity market, which includes trading in electricity and property rights in certificates of origin, operation of a register of certificates of origin, clearing, trade and technical trade operator services. As of December 31, 2011, it operates two wholly owned subsidiaries, WSEInfoEngine SA, providing data transmission and information services; and Instytut Rynku Kapitalowego WSE Research SA, engaged in publishing; as well as 92.47%-owned BondSpot SA.
