Giantplus Technology Co., Ltd. announced unaudited consolidated revenue results for the month, fourth quarter and full year ended December 2015. The revenue was TWD 877,922,000 for December 2015.
Due to DSC (Digital Still Camera) seasonality, consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter of 2015 amounted to TWD 2,705,704,000, which represented a decrease of 1.54% as compared to the revenue of TWD 2,747,953,000 for the third quarter of 2015.
Cumulatively, revenues from January to December of 2015 totaled TWD 10,839,306,000, which represented a decrease of 18.22% as compared to the revenue of TWD 13,254,873,000 for the same period in 2014 due to a reduction in smartphone business.
Giantplus Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of liquid crystal display (LCD), touch panels, modules and others. The Company's major products include medium-sized and small-sized mono super twisted nematic (STN) LCDs and liquid crystal modules (LCMs), as well as medium-sized and small-sized thin film transistor (TFT) LCDs and LCMs. In addition, the Company provides touch screens. The Company's LCD products are mainly applied to mobile phones, wireless telephones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), digital cameras, digital photo frames, game machines and others.
