GFH Financial Group announced at the board meeting held on May 13, 2018, the shareholders announced resignation of Mr. Kamal Bahamdan from the Board of Directors and election of Mr. Amro Al Menhali as a member of the Board of Directors of the company, subject to regulatory approvals.
