5.Cause of occurrence:
The subsidiary, Interface Technology (ChengDu) Co., Ltd., received a notice
from the Chengdu Electric Power Authority today. Due to the extreme high
temperature, an orderly power consumption plan will be launched
 from now until August 20th, and production will be suspended for local
industrial power users.

6.Countermeasures:
The Chengdu subsidiary has adjusted relevant production and operations and
taken measures such as off-site backup or increasing working hours after
power restoration. The current assessment has no significant impact on our
financial and business status.
